2026 Title I-D CSPR Data Collection Tool (2024-25 data)
Background
The 糖心少女 (NYSED) is required to collect annual data for the Title I-D Consolidated State Performance Report (CSPR), which is submitted to the U.S. Department of 糖心少女. Each facility receiving Title I, Part D funds in New York State must complete a CSPR form. Agencies or institutions with multiple sites must submit a separate form for each site.

Instructions for Completing the 2026 Title I-D CSPR:
The 2026 CSPR data is being collected through the 2026 CSPR Data Collection Tool (see file link above).
Important Reminders:
- Use the 2026 Tool Only:听
 Do not use data collection tools from previous years. Upon opening the file, click 鈥Enable Content鈥 if prompted by a security warning.
- Data Validation Features:
 The 2026 tool includes built-in validation checks to prevent invalid entries. Errors will be highlighted in red. Refer to Column D in the tool for detailed guidance.
- Completeness Requirements:
- All indicators must be addressed.
- Enter 0 if an indicator does not apply.
- Use the comments section to provide explanations where necessary.

This optional spreadsheet allows facilities to track student data throughout the year and generate a summary report to assist with completing the official CSPR tool.
Note: This file is for internal use only and should not be submitted to NYSED.
Frequently Asked Questions:
- What are the dates for the data reporting?
 - The data reporting period is July 1, 2024, to June 30, 2025.
 
- What if a student is already in residence on July 1, 2024?
 - For the purposes of the CSPR, you would use July 1, 2024 as their entrance date.
 
- What if a student is still in residence after June 30, 2025?
 - For the purposes of CSPR, you would use June 30, 2025 as their exit date.
 
- The unduplicated student count has a change of 10% or greater from last year. Why do I need to provide an explanation? How detailed does the explanation need to be?
 - USDE requires the explanation as part of its data validation checks. Please provide the explanation in the Data Collection Tool, cell C17. The explanation should be 1-2 sentences that detail why the facility experienced this change in enrollment numbers.
 
- What students are included in this data collection?
 - All students that benefited from Title I, Part D funding during the reporting year.
 
- Is this the same data collection as the Title I-D Annual Child Count?
 - No, the Annual Child Count is used to determine Title I-D funding. The purpose of the Title I-D CSPR is to report on the impact of Title I-D funds.
 
- Do I need to send the Title I-D CSPR Data Assistant to NYSED?
 - No, this file is for facility use only. Please do not send to NYSED.
