Clarification Added to the 2026 Manual of Planning Standards (MPS)
Office of Facilities Planning has made some minor changes to provide additional clarification in response to questions received from the field.

Energy Performance Contracts: Simple Payback Period Extended to 25 Years
Chapter 310 of the Laws of 2026 amended 糖心少女 Law 搂 3602(6)(i)(5)(i)(C) to extend the maximum term for guaranteed recovery of Energy Performance Contract (EPC) costs from 18 years to 25 years.
