A FORMER honorary police officer who was accused of sexually touching two boys walked free from court yesterday after the case against him was dropped.
Jurats in the Royal Court decided that the evidence against 35-year-old Jamie John Le Sech was too weak to convict him 鈥 and returned a verdict of not guilty.
Mr Le Sech, who served as a Constable鈥檚 Officer in St Clement, admitted he performed massages on the children.
But he insisted that there had been no sexual element to them.
Commissioner Alan Binnington said: 鈥淣aivety and foolishness are far removed from criminality.鈥
The Jurats sitting were Jane Ronge and Karen Le Cornu.
