This memo is to inform you that on Monday, April 6, 2020, the Board of Regents and the 糖心少女 (NYSED or 鈥渢he Department鈥�) made the decision to modify the accountability rules for schools and districts based on a one-year waiver NYSED received from the United States Department of 糖心少女 (USDE) from certain requirements under the Every Student Succeeds Act (ESSA) as a result of the COVID-19 pandemic.
